Blake Melstrom joins us as a former commercial mortgage loan broker with over 15 years of experience in financing residential and all commercial real estate property types. He has held the position of Vice President for some of the most respectable mortgage banking firms in Orange County. Born and raised in Los Angeles County, Blake made his home in Orange County after attending and graduating from California State University of Fullerton with a major in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance. Over the course of Blake’s career, he has closed over $1 Billion in loans with Life Insurance Companies, CMBS, Banks and Credit Union Lenders. With Blake’s background in Real Estate Finance, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the JCap Private Lending team.
In Blake’s downtime, he enjoys taking his dogs to the beach, hiking on the weekends and traveling with his wife.
