Aaron Siefker Aaron has been with the Jcap team for 5+ years. He loves serving people and partnering with like minded brokers to help them accomplish their goals and grow their businesses. Prior to Jcap, Aaron Siefker was an entrepreneur who successfully introduced a new line of sports training products into the marketplace and granted 6 patents, as well as multiple trademarks in the U.S. and abroad.

Aaron has made many accomplishments such as sourcing and managing an overseas manufacturing partner along with the importing of products, and marketing and selling all products and training content through e-commerce sales channels, retail partners, affiliate groups and trade shows throughout the country. Aaron has also initiated an international sales network working with sport product distributors and secured a license deal with a major sports equipment manufacturer.

He is a husband and a father of a 2 year old boy, in which his free time is spent chasing him around. He also volunteers with his life group through mariners church and enjoys an occasional round of golf, cycling and anything related to soccer as hobbies.

Aaron admires the entrepreneurial spirit of the lending industry, along with partnering with capital to help borrowers accomplish their real estate goals at JCAP. He believes the lending industry embodies the truest American values that our country was built on.

What led you to pursue a career in real estate?

 I love helping people.

If you could make one announcement for the world to hear, what would you say?

There is a God in heaven who loves you. Just as you are.

What place do you wish to visit one day?

New Zealand. I’ve heard it is stunningly beautiful.

If you could have dinner with anybody (alive or not), who would it be?


What is the top item on your bucket list at the moment?

Attend a World Cup!

What was your dream job when you were a child?

Pro soccer player of course 🙂

What is one piece of advice you would give to your past self?

Be patient… honest hard work always pays off

Helping people accomplish their goals.

What is the biggest goal in your career that you are currently working towards?

To increase my professional knowledge and become a trusted resource for real estate investing / lending.

What motivates you the most in life?

Providing for my family.

What is the most important thing you have learned during your career?

Slow down and really listen to the clients needs. Reflecting on how I can play role in helping them.

How do you want to impact the lives of your clients?

Positively. If I can help them in any way… even if it is outside the scope of my job. I want my clients to think of me as friend who is there for them.
